Nomyline, with linear servo motors and hydrostatic slides and workheads was first launched 2003, and has established a position as undisputed market leader for the most demanding applications involving high precision production grinding of complex components.
The UVAi 26RTA is particularly suited for grinding injection nozzles and similar components. Bore, seat and face on two diesel injection nozzles are simultaneously finish ground to tolerances that eliminates the need for superfinishing operations.
The Nomyline product range also includes UVAe OD grinder and UVAie for simultaneous ID and OD grinding.
Uvatronic 3 is a Windows/PC-based CNC, developed by UVA for typical high demand UVA applications. With Uvatronic 3 machine, material handling, gauging and other add-ons are integrated into a single optimized process, based on more than 60 years precision grinding experience. The proprietary user interface allow fully flexible NC and PLC programming for optimizing and change-over, resulting in the most efficient production process.
