Cutting Box ThreeWing

The Cutting Box ThreeWing is designed to process large automotive components like molded carpets and headliners. The cell is equipped with two inverted ABB robots. The turntable indexes 120° in the same direction and supports three work-tables. Each table can be loaded with the same part, or three different parts.

A high-capacity ThreeWing system typically consists of two machines positioned face to face with the turntables rotating in opposite directions. A robotic loading system can also be incorporated.
