Cutting Box Original IV

The Cutting Box Original IV is the most popular of the Cutting Boxes. Equipped with 1 or 2 robots suspended to the roof of the cell, the robot(s) is either fixed mounted or moving on a linear track (7th axis). The Original IV is ideally suited to cut large parts like carpets, headliners and trunk-liners within the automotive suppliers industry. The Cutting Box Original IV also comes as a larger version named Cutting Box Original IV Large. The Original IV Large system can be equipped with up to three robots.

The turn table on the front side supports two work-tables (on each side) and indexes 180°. The operator loads the part on the table outside whilst the robot(s) cuts the part inside the cell. The same program can be used on each of the calibrated work tables.

The loading area is protected with safety fences and light guards. The cycle is launched from the operator panel.
