Cutting Box Original IV Large

The Cutting Box Original IV Large is a larger version of the popular Cutting Box Original IV. Equipped with 1, 2 or 3 robots suspended to the roof of the cell, the robot(s) is either fixed mounted or moving on a linear track (7th axis). The Original IV Large is ideally suited to cut large parts like carpets, headliners and trunk-liners within the automotive suppliers industry.

The turn table on the front side supports the two work-tables (on each side), it indexes 90°. The operator loads the part on the table outside whilst the robot(s) cuts the part inside the cell. The same program can be used on each of the calibrated work tables.

The loading area is protected with safety fences and light guards. The cycle is launched from the operator panel.
