Cutting Box FourWing

The Cutting Box FourWing is used for machining large components, such as moulded carpets or headliners, in large quantities, within the automotive suppliers industry. Up to six robots can be installed in a single system.
The Cutting Box includes 4 robots and a rotary table carrying the 4 work-tables indexing in sequences of 90°.

The workpieces can be processed in several sucessive operations. The cell contains 2 waterjet stations, both equipped with 2 robots.

If necessary, a third process room can be added for a variety of finishing operations, such as cleaning or routing, e.g. for trimming dashboards.
