Cutting Box FourRob

KMT Robotic Solutions' Cutting Box FourRob is the ideal Cutting Box to chose if you're looking for a short cycle time and a smaller footprint. The four ABB robots, suspended from the top of the cell, work simultaneously to trim the part quickly and efficiently.

The two-sided rotating table indexes 180º (same principle as the Cutting Box Original IV and V). The design is geared to high production speeds, combining short cycle times with high flexibility.

The FourRob is suited to process large quantities of automotive headliners, heavy insulation material and trunkliners. Several workpieces can be trimmed together in each cycle.

The ABB anti-collision software not only protects the robots in the event of a collision, but saves the programmer a lot of time optimizing the cycle time.
