KMT Robotic Solutions' Flexible Laser Cutting System: FLACS RT C-Series

The FLACS RT C-series represents state-of-the-art laser cutting. This unique, fully-integrated system is cost-effective and provides the user with outstanding flexibility and productivity. Special efforts have been made to reduce the total cost of ownership by ensuring that the system is easy to install and maintain.

The system is based on either the ROBOCUT A300 or A600 robot with integrated Rofin-Sinar 300 W or 600 W laser, respectively. It is designed to accommodate part sizes up to 55” long x 31” wide x 20” tall, making it ideal for automobile inner panels such as A/B/C/D-pillars, door moldings, and trunk paneling. It can handle exterior parts like bumper systems or roof bars, as well as other materials such as thermoformed materials, wood fiber, paint films, glass and laminate materials.
