Material Dispensing

KMT’s material dispensing systems enable you to save money and improve quality by providing you with complete control over material usage, flow rate and dispensing pattern. Our systems are flexible enough that any changes can be made quickly and easily.

How the system works:

The robot is equipped with a container, pumping system and specialized nozzle that can be turned on and off. As the robot moves in a pre-programmed pattern around the part, the nozzle turns on, dispensing the pre-determined amount of glue or other material.
