KMT Waterjet E-Series Pumps
KMT Waterjet designed the water jet E-Series pumps to provide basic performance and economy as an alternative to costly laser and plasma cutting. The system includes the most essential waterjet cutting features of the full-featured PLUS-Series without compromising on performance, whether the end user requires pure water or abrasive cutting technology. Benefits of water jet cutting systems include low operating costs and easy maintenance for fast cutting, as well as increased production utilizing high-pressure waterjet pumps.
The KMT water jet E-Series pumps can be used for granite fabrication, plastic fabrication, machining titanium, and waterjet metal cutting and stone cutting. They are specifically designed to be less expensive than the top-of-the-line intensifier pumps from the KMT Waterjet Plus-Series while also remaining efficient, open, and functional. The main difference is that many Plus-Series upgrade options were excluded from the E-Series. While these waterjet pumps don’t have the option of pump redundancy, proportional control or being networked with other machines, they will perform the basic pure water or abrasive cutting functions while delivering high-pressure water jet cutting with great reliability.
