Ultra High Pressure Pump STREAMLINE™ PRO
Faster cutting for improved productivity
The latest generation of STREAMLINE™ PRO high-pressure pumps sets new standards in waterjet cutting technology. The innovative high-pressure pump has been specifically designed for abrasive waterjet cutting at operating pressures of up to 6.200 bar.
Improved productivity
The advantages of the higher operating pressure of 6.200 bar are particularly relevant when cutting thick materials.
- Depending on the material and thickness, the cutting speed can be increased by up to 25%.
- The high operating pressure improves the quality of the cut edges. In many cases, there is no need for reworking of the cut edges.
- Cutting with 6,200 bar significantly reduces the consumption of abrasive.
Customer-oriented design
When developing the PRO series, easy and quick maintenance was the key priority of the team. The modular design of all components of the PRO range allows for the quick replacement of individual wear parts when - ever the need arises. The machine design guarantees that each single part works efficiently to the very end of its service life.
Hard Seal End Cap HSEC technology
The innovative design of the hard seal end cap intensifier controls the check valve and thus reduces the operating costs and expenses for wear parts. As the seal is made purely from metal materials, there is no need for a conventional gasket, doing away with delicate parts that are likely to weat over time.
Available in two performance classes
The STREAMLINE PRO is available in two models with 45 kW or 93 kW. At a pressure of 6.200 bar, the units offer volumetric flows of 2,4 l/min and 5,5 l/min respectively.
Improved production safety thanks to redundant design
Smooth productions that runs without downtimes is particularly important for multiple shift operation. If servicing becomes necessary, the operator can now simply disconnect the respective intensifier and connect the second intensifier in the parallel circuit. This option guarantees production safety at all times.
